The following reports were issued by police in Beaverton, Tigard and Tualatin.

BEAVERTON

Monday, July 29

• A Beaverton man was arrested on a charge of drunken driving and recklessly endangering another person at Southwest Tualatin Valley Highway and Murray Boulevard.

• A Sunnyside, Wash., man was arrested on a charge of drunken driving at Southwest Canyon Road and Lombard Avenue.

• A red 2000 Oldsmobile Bravada was reported stolen, with keys in the ignition, in the 13000 block of Southwest Tualatin Valley Boulevard.

• A mobile phone valued at $200 and a wallet were reported stolen from a business in the 2800 block of Southwest Hocken Avenue.

• A transient man was arrested on a charge of theft in connection with the removal of women's perfume valued at $290 from a store in the 11000 block of Southwest Canyon Road.

• A Portland man was arrested on a charge of drunken driving at Northwest Cornell Road and Science Park Drive.

Tuesday, July 30

• A Portland man was arrested on a charge of drunken driving at Southwest Canyon Road and Lombard Avenue.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on a charge of drunken driving at Southwest Canyon Road and Highway 217 southbound.

• A transient man was arrested on a charge of felony possession of heroin at Southwest 160th Avenue and Barrows Road.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of marijuana at Southwest Denney Road and Queen Lane.

• Someone used a hammer to enter a business in the 18000 block of Northwest Walker Road, stole $161 in cash and caused damage estimated at $500.

Wednesday, July 31

• A white Ford F-650 truck was reported stolen from a lot in the 16000 block of Northwest Cornell Road.

• A search of an abandoned vehicle at Southwest Hall and Greenway boulevards turned up 24 pounds of marijuana.

• A transient woman was arrested on a charge of interfering with public transportation when she lay on MAX tracks at the Beaverton Transit Center.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of controlled substances and reckless driving in the 16000 block of Southwest Estuary Drive.

Thursday, Aug. 1

• A stereo valued at $3,500 and tools valued at $550 were reported stolen from a vehicle in an apartment complex in the 16000 block of Northwest Schendel Avenue.

• A vehicle parked in the 2000 block of Southwest Merlo Drive was keyed. Damage was estimated at $1,500.

• A transient woman was arrested on a charge of unlawful possession of drugs in the 8600 block of Southwest Canyon Road.

• Jewelry and other items valued at more than $10,000 were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 400 block of Northwest Schlottman Place.

Friday, Aug. 2

• A transient man was arrested on charges of theft and criminal trespass in connection with wearing a wig and removing clothing valued at $425 from a store in the 11000 block of Southwest Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway. Police recovered the wig and clothing.

• An employee was arrested on charges of theft and fraudulent use of a credit card when he picked up a debit card someone dropped at a business in the 4900 block of Southwest Lombard Avenue and used it in a vending machine.

• A Lake Oswego man was arrested on charges of theft and felony possession of heroin in connection with the removal of goods from a store in the 3800 block of Southwest 117th Avenue.

• Two transient men were arrested, one on a charge of theft and the other on multiple warrants, criminal trespass and interfering with police, at Southwest Beaverdam Road and Rose Biggi Avenue. One fled on a bicycle but a police dog tracked him down.

• A Vancouver, Wash., man was arrested on a charge of drunken driving at Southwest Farmington Road and Murray Boulevard.

Saturday, Aug. 3

• A Hillsboro man was arrested on charges of drunken driving, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person at Sunset Highway and Northwest Cornell Road.

• A tan 1990 Honda Accord was reported stolen from an apartment complex in the 11000 block of Southwest Windmill Drive.

• A transient man was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of controlled substances after he crashed into a car. He was found asleep at the wheel in an apartment complex in the 1900 block of Southwest Camelot Court.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on charges of reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person in the 3800 block of Southwest 102nd Avenue.

• A Tigard man was arrested on charges of drunken driving and reckless driving at Southwest Scholls Ferry Road and Nimbus Avenue.

Sunday, Aug. 4

• A Portland man was arrested on a charge of attempting to elude police in the 8500 block of Southwest Nimbus Avenue. He eluded police once, then fled again, but a police dog tracked him down after he abandoned the vehicle.

• A back window and a taillight of a vehicle were reported damaged, estimated at $2,000, at Southwest Estuary Drive and 163rd Avenue.

• A Washougal, Wash., man was arrested on charges of theft and criminal trespass in connection with the removal of an air conditioner from a store in the 4400 block of Southwest 110th Avenue.

• A Portland man was arrested on charges of drunken driving and reckless driving at Southwest Allen Boulevard and Arctic Drive.

TIGARD

From July 29 through Aug. 4, Tigard police made 26 arrests and issued citations for the following charges: arrest warrants, 9; shoplifting, 6; driving under the influence of intoxicants, 5; harassment (physical contact), 3; driving while suspended/revoked, 2; reckless driving, 2; fourth-degree assault (misdemeanor); and strangulation (domestic violence, felony), 1.

Wednesday, July 31

• Police responded to a call of a suspected shoplifting from a convenience store in the 12900 block of 68th Parkway. Although there wasn't enough evidence to charge the individual, he was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Washington County.

• A resident was scammed out of money after being contacted by a man who identified himself as a government employee who told the victim in order continue with a request for $10,400 in housing fees he would need to pay an out-of-state fee of $265, payable in Ebay gift cards.

• A resident reported someone stole $600 worth of monkey puzzle trees in 20-gallon buckets that he had in front of his residence in the 10860 block of Canterbury Lane.

• A resident in the 9200 block of Center Street reported someone took her prescription medications that had been delivered to her door earlier.

Thursday, Aug. 1

• A suspicious person in a purple van was reported circling a park in the 17000 block of 92nd Avenue where a Girl Scout Camp was being held. He was asking questions such as "Where are the girls?" and was seen wandering close to where the girls were.

• A resident in the 10900 block of Errol Street reported what she believed was a sick fawn who hadn't moved from the same spot since early that morning.

• A black 2015 Nissan Rogue was stolen from the 10650 block of Summerfield Drive.

Friday, Aug. 2

• A resident reported someone was using his debit card at an ATM in Michigan where two withdrawals were made – one for $800, the other for $500.

• A resident in the 6900 block of Varns Street reported a break-in to their residence several times in July by the same suspect. However, they couldn't find anything that had been taken.

• A $500 backpack leaf blower was reported taken from a truck bed at a grocery store in the 13100 block of Pacific Highway.

• Street signs for Essex Drive and Lauren Lane were reported stolen.

• A $600 kayak was reported stolen off a roof of a vehicle parked in the 13600 block of 110th Avenue.

• A man walking his dog, who allegedly threatened to beat up a man on Fanno Creek Trail, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued out of Washington County.

Saturday, Aug. 3

• A Tualatin man was charged with mischief after tipping over a statue in front of a store.

• Officers arrested a Tigard man for driving under the influence of intoxicants after an officer observed his vehicle struck a median at 11705 Pacific Highway. When contacted, the man was slurring his words and unsteady on his feet. His blood alcohol content was .18%, two times the legal limit.

• Police arrested a Tigard man for driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving while suspended after an officer stopped him for running a red light and speeding at Warner Avenue and Pacific Highway. His blood alcohol level was .19%, more than two times the legal limit.

• A woman who accidently left her car unlocked at the Washington Square Mall parking lot reported her purse and debit card were stolen with three fraudulent transactions charged to her account.

• A resident who sold his smartphone on the app Offer Up reported that someone paid for it with a counterfeit $100 bill.

• Several vehicles parked at Cook Park had their windows smashed out with valuables removed from them.

• Multiple cars parked in the 9000 block of Durham Road were reportedly broken into during a wedding in the area that included 200 guests.

• Two cars were reported having been broken into on 92nd Avenue with valuables taken.

Sunday, Aug. 4

• A laptop was reported stolen from a vehicle parked in the 9900 block of Walnut Street.

• Prescription sunglasses and keys were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked at the Washington Square Mall.
