Sex abuse suspect skips court, Beaverton police say
The Beaverton Police Department needs the public's help to locate a suspect in a sex abuse case who skipped his latest court appearance.
Gerardo Reyes-Oliveros, 39, of Beaverton, is charged with two counts each of first-degree sex abuse and first-degree sodomy in a case involving a minor under the age of 12, according to court records.
Police say he was arrested on Nov. 8, but posted bail of $25,000 and was released. Reyes-Oliveros did not appear at his scheduled court date on Nov. 13, and a judge has issued a warrant from the bench for his arrest.
Reyes-Oliveros has lived in Beaverton since at least 2003, court docs report.
