Monday, Oct. 12
Officers arrested a transient on an outstanding warrant at Lovers, 3300 S.W. Cedar Hills Blvd., following a report of criminal mischief at the location. The man threw two rocks through the window, causing over $1,000 in damage.
Officers responded to a report of a catalytic converter that was stolen from a vehicle in the 5700 block of Southwest Arctic Drive. It was the third incident of theft in the area within the past week.
Officers arrested a man for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct on Southwest Millikan Way near Southwest Hocken Avenue for throwing rocks at passing cars.
Tuesday, Oct. 13
Officers took a report from a TriMet driver who was spit on by an unknown suspect on Southwest Tualatin Valley Highway near Southwest 160th Avenue. The bus was delayed, and the suspect was unable to be located.
Officers took a report of a burglary at the AMC Progress Ridge Theatre, 12345 S.W. Horizon Blvd. Two teenage males entered the theater, wandered throughout the building and eventually stole a set of keys and power tools.
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious person at Trader Joe's, 11745 S.W. Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy. A transient man was arrested on an outstanding warrant, interfering with police, theft II and disorderly conduct after he tried to flee the scene while pushing a shopping cart.
Wednesday, Oct. 14
Officers arrested a transient man for disorderly conduct at the Center Street Apartments on Southwest Center Street after he tossed garbage and refused to leave the property. He was also reported throwing garbage at WinCo prior to this incident.
Officers cited a man for drinking in public at Cedar Hills Park on Southwest Cedar Hills Boulevard after he was found drinking malt liquor beer from a large green can.
Officers arrested a transient man for theft, criminal trespass, consumption of alcoholic beverages in public and probation violation at Natural Grocer, 12155 S.W. Broadway St., after he walked into the store twice in the same day and stole a large bottle of sake.
Thursday, Oct. 15
Officers arrested a man for driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, reckless endangering, driving while suspended and two counts failure to perform the duties of a driver in the 6300 block of Southwest 124th Avenue following a hit-and-run crash.
Officers arrested a woman on an outstanding warrant after she turned herself in at the Beaverton Municipal Court, 4755 Southwest Griffith Dr. She was also taken into custody on multiple domestic violence charges, including violation of release agreement, strangulation, unlawful use of a weapon, menacing and assault IV.
Officers cited a man for a City of Beaverton code violation in the 9500 block of Southwest Prairie Terrace following ongoing complaints of a barking dog.
Friday, Oct. 16
Officers arrested a man for reckless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicants on Southwest Murray Boulevard near Southwest Sixth Street after he hit a construction fence and ran over cones at the location.
Officers took a report of a vehicle that stolen while warming up in a driveway at a residence in the 17000 block of Northwest Rapid Street.
Officers arrested a woman for harassment in the 11000 block of Southwest Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway after she threw water and coffee on President Trump supporters who were holding a rally at the location.
Saturday, Oct. 17
Officers arrested a transient man for unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and resisting arrest at U-Haul, 14225 S.W. Tualatin Valley Highway, after he was found inside a truck on the lot.
Officers arrested a woman for criminal trespass at Verizon Wireless, 2695 S.W. Cedar Hills Blvd., after she refused to leave the store during a billing dispute and screamed at other customers.
Officers arrested a transient man for disorderly conduct at the Peppertree Inn, 10720 S.W. Allen Blvd., after he pulled a fire alarm in an attempt to get an ambulance.
Sunday, Oct. 18
Officers arrested a man for possession of cocaine, ecstasy and other controlled substances on Southwest Tualatin Valley Highway near Southwest Hocken Avenue following a traffic stop.
Officers arrested a transient woman for disorderly conduct at Cedar Hills Crossing Shopping Center, 3255 S.W. Cedar Hills Blvd., after she tried to fight multiple people.
Officers took a report from a woman at residence in the 4700 block of Southwest Lombard Avenue who stated her neighbor hacked into her voicemails and deleted messages.
