This week's calls include: a frequent emergency caller, a bedroom stabbing and an angry ex-boyfriend.

Monday, Nov. 2

A traffic stop near Highway 26 and Southwest Cedar Hills Boulevard led to an arrest for drunken driving.

A man in the 1300 block of Southwest 163rd Avenue called 9-1-1 seven times to report issues with his roommate. He was warned several times to stop calling 9-1-1 for non-emergencies and was eventually arrested for interfering with public safety.

Tuesday, Nov. 3

A truck was stolen from the 4200 block of Southwest Watson Avenue while the owner was inside a business. The truck was later recovered after being used in a theft.

Yard signs were stolen from a yard in the 15400 block of Southwest Gleneden Drive.

Wednesday, Nov. 4

A caller in the 11800 block of Southwest Third Street left their door open and later reported the theft of a purse and cell phone.

A man entered a home in the 10400 block of Southwest Denney Road, forced open a bedroom door and stabbed the resident with a piece of metal, causing injury. The man then stole a bicycle and rode off. Police say the man was known the victim.

Thursday, Nov. 5

Residents in the 3800 block of Southwest 117th Avenue not seeing their neighbor for several days and requested police perform a welfare check after a foul odor began emitting from the neighbor's home. Officers gained entry and found the man dead on the bathroom floor.

Friday, Nov. 6

After heavy methamphetamine use, a man walked nude down Southwest Barnes Road.

Officers stopped a man with a stolen car in the 11100 block of Southwest Barnes Road. He attempted to flee in the car but was blocked by officers, he then ran and resisted arrest.

Saturday, Nov. 7

Officers responded to a shoplifting call from The Home Depot, 4401 S.W. 110th Ave. The man attempted to steal $1398.98 worth of merchandise. He was also in possession of methamphetamine.

A resident in the 2000 block of Southwest Merlo Court found an intoxicated man sleeping in their bed. When officers arrived, the man was in the bathroom and cooperated with officers during his arrest.

Sunday, Nov. 8

A man was angry with his ex-girlfriend for breaking up with him and broke several of her belongings and smashed her rear window in the 3200 block of Southwest 170th Avenue. He was arrested for a warrant and vandalism.
