The Beaverton Police Department runs through calls for service from June 5-9, 2022.

Sunday, June 5

Officers responding to a single-vehicle traffic crash near Southwest Scholls Ferry Road and Denney Road arrested the driver for DUII (alcohol).

A man who attempted to steal a washer and dryer from The Home Depot, 13700 N.W. Science Park Drive, was also arrested for possession of fentanyl and violating his parole.

A woman was arrested for violating her restraining order after she drove from Molalla to vandalize the victim's vehicle on Northwest Blueridge Drive.

Monday, June 6

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in Southwest Hall Boulevard. The woman fled on foot before officers arrived, but she was found by a K-9 officer and arrested and jailed for violation of her release agreement.

A man reported his vehicle was stolen from Southwest Menlo Drive, but officers discovered it was repossessed by the lender.

Tuesday, June 7

Officers arrested a man after a road rage incident near Southwest Walker Road and 158th Avenue. A man rear-ended the vehicle ahead of him, assaulted the driver, slammed the victim's door into his shins and drove off. He was arrested for assault, disorderly conduct, and hit-and-run.

A man crashed into the back of multiple vehicles near Highway 217 and Southwest Allen Boulevard, causing damage to all. One person was transported to the hospital. The driver was arrested for DUII (alcohol), reckless endangering and reckless driving.

Wednesday, June 8

Officers dispatched a gravely injured raccoon near Northwest 173rd Avenue and Walker Road.

A man entered a home through an unlocked door on Southwest 84th Avenue. The homeowner returned home to find the man wearing his clothes, opening mail and eating. The man was arrested and lodged in the jail.

Thursday, June 9

Officers responded to a slumper call near Southwest Menlor Lane and Barrows Road. The driver was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and was also found to be driving on a suspended license.

Officers arrested a man for attempting to elude in a stolen vehicle who was a felon in possession of a concealed weapon. Other prospective charges include hit-and-run, reckless driving, attempting to elude on foot and outstanding warrants.
