Monday, July 22

A victim on Southwest Hall Boulevard had $1,577 worth of power tools stolen from his unlocked vehicle.

Officers arrested a man on Southwest Davies Road for assault after he scratched, punched and slapped his girlfriend during an argument.

Tuesday, July 23

A man was arrested for DUII (alcohol), reckless driving, reckless endangerment of another person and assault after he drove the wrong way on northbound Highway 217 and crashed into another driver.

Officers conducted a traffic stop near Highway 217 and Southwest Denney Road and arrested the driver for DUII (alcohol), reckless driving, failure to display a license and false information to an officer.

A man was arrested for DUII (alcohol) and resisting arrest on the Allen Boulevard ramp to Highway 217 while the freeway was shut down for a previous crash.

Officers arrested a man in Beaverton on suspicion of sexually assaulting his 7-year-old niece.

Wednesday, July 24

Officers found a man, who had been reported earlier to be driving recklessly, asleep behind the wheel near Southwest Murray Boulevard and Maverick Terrace. He was arrested for DUII (alcohol) and reckless driving.

A man was arrested near Southwest Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway and Griffith Drive after he threw a guitar at a passing car, which resulted in damage.

Thursday, July 25

A suspect entered an unlocked sliding glass door on Southwest Teal Boulevard and stole several items and key fobs and took the owner's BMW.

Three men stole an unlocked Mercedes on Southwest Wren Lane that contained the victim's wallet, a $4,000 bracelet and the key to the new truck parked next to it.

Officers arrested a man on Southwest Stark Street after he set up camp in the fenced backyard and broke into the house and stole electricity with extension cords.

Friday, July 26

Officers conducted a welfare check on a 6-year-old and a 3-year-old left at motel in Beaverton. The mother was in another tenant's room nearby. Officers completed a child abuse intake form for neglect.

An employee was arrested at Fred Meyer, 15995 S.W. Walker Road, after he was seen taking money from the cash register.

Officers responded to a car crashed into the guard rail at the cloverleaf between highways 217 and 26 and arrested the driver for DUII (alcohol) and reckless driving.

A woman on Southwest Scholls Ferry Road was arrested for menacing, unlawful use of a weapon and harassment after she threatened her husband with a knife in an attempt to get his attention.
