Shop Local!  Support your community!

What does this mean to you?   We hear this all the time but how often are you going online to shop, running up the freeway to a restaurant, a gym, a mall?

How many times have you solicited a local business on behalf of your child's sports team, school activity or local event?  Before you walk into a business and ask for a donation ask yourself "Do I patronize this business?" This is an important thing to remember as patronage is what makes it possible for a business to give back to the community!

So why is it important to shop local?

Shopping local improves the economy of your community by keeping dollars in town.

Shopping local creates more jobs for the residents in the community – when a business prospers so do the employees.

Shopping local allows businesses to give back to the community by way of sponsorships, donations and community activities.

Shopping local gives you an opportunity to meet your neighbors.

Shopping local means excellent customer service and a face to connect with all over town

Shopping local is a partnership in your own town, schools & neighborhoods

Shopping local starts with YOU!
