For the past 6 months our routines have been seriously out of whack and although many of us are dealing with aspects of the pandemic it is time to do our best to let summer go and get back to work as normally as possible, create school routines to help you and your child be successful with the temporary fall schedules.
Summer will end soon and the weather won't be great for outdoor exercise, Go to work, even if that is at home and don't allow distractions. I suggest you start with writing down what your previous routine in the Spring looked like and then work through each item to make sure you have a clear plan.
• Set your alarm and get up at the same time
• Settle into a morning routine that is the same daily
• Shower & get ready for you day just as you always have and get out of your pajamas and sweats
• Get back to the gym, walking outside is great but doesn't improve
• Keep cooking for yourself but plan ahead so your new routine doesn't get upset
