9:11 a.m., reported criminal mischief to a home under construction, S. Teakwood Street.

10:14 a.m., abandoned trailer towed from SE Third Avenue/SE Township Road.

7:25 p.m., Becky K. Hagen, arrested for theft of iPhone, driver's license, debit/credit cards, 800 block SE First Avenue.

9:03 p.m., caller followed a suspected DUII vehicle reported to dispatch, the vehicle was on Highway 99E near Central Point Road. After contact by police, the driver was found not to be impaired but provided various aliases. Officers arrested Mario Molina Espinosa, 48, of Woodburn, for possession of a forged instrument, giving false information to a police officer, and failure to present a license.

Thursday, July 6

7:44 a.m., officers investigated a report of a restraining order violation, 1000-block of S. Elm Street.

4:17 p.m., Austin T. Bachman, 21, address unknown, arrested on a Clackamas County circuit court warrant for failure to appear on a hit and run charge.

5:52 p.m., Brian J. Newton, 45, of Woodburn, arrested on an outstanding 2001 felony parole violation issued by Marion County Circuit Court.

7:30 p.m., Christopher R. Wolf, 45, address unknown, arrested on a Canby Municipal Court warrant for failing to appear on criminal trespass charges. Marijuana and associated paraphernalia were confiscted prior to lodging because of Clackamas County Jail policy.

Friday, July 7

10:47 a.m., reported neighborhood dispute and harassment in an apartment complex parking lot, 500-block of N. Pine Street.

1:25 p.m., two-car minor traffic accident caused when backing out of a parking space, driver cited for being uninsured, illegal backing, address not provided.

4:40 p.m., Ryan C. Gitts, 35, of Canby, arrested for menacing, interfering with a police officer, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, intimidation-vandalism, 100-block of NE Fourth Avenue.

8:21 p.m., driver cited for driving uninsured, vehicle towed, S. Ivy Street/SW Second Avenue.

12:35 p.m., officers investigated a vehicle suspected of being stolen in Molalla State Park. Daniel J. Fletcher, 30, of Oregon City, attempted to flee during questioning and was later arrested on a Clackamas County Circuit Court warrant, charged with driving while suspended-misdemeanor, possession of a controlled substance-methampheatime and heroin, Molalla River State Park.

12:06 p.m., reported hit and run to a vehicle in a business parking lot, 200-block of NE Second Avenue.

1:50 p.m., reported hit and run to a vehicle parked near Legacy Park, SE 13th Avenue.

10:05 p.m., reported illegal dumping into a busniess dumpster, 1000-block of SW First Avenue.

11:17 p.m., report of suspicious circumstances, suspected unknown person has been in the house, S. Ponderosa Street/S. Redwood Street.

Wednesday, July 12

10:00 a.m., after a report of a suspicious vehicle in tthe neighborhood, officers investigated and arrested Benjamin T. Rounds, 22, of Salem, for possession of a controlled substance-heroin, and Kelli N. Pearce, 20, of Canby, for possession of a controlled substance-heroin and methamphetamine, possession of scheduled III drugs, 1600-block of SE Elm Street.

10:35 a.m., Jeannie M. Hembling, 62, unknown address, arrested for DUII, 1400-block of SE First Avenue.

1:05 p.m., reported theft of a designer handbag, $80 in cash, Washington driver's license from car parked at Maple Street Park.
