The Aurora Concerts in the Park series continues Wednesday, Aug. 1, with an eclectic mix

Two shows down, two to go in Aurora's annual Concerts in the Park series.

The series, held every Wednesday at the Aurora City Park amphitheater, except for the season-ender which is held the Saturday night of Aurora Colony Days, is held rain or shine, from 7 to 9 p.m. Visitors are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets.

Papa Smoke: Wednesday, Aug. 1 -- Featuring stellar vocals and tight harmonies "Papa Smoke" is sure to deliver a great show performing your favorite Classic Rock, Country, Southern Rock and Blues. Collectively touring the Northwest for over 35 years and performing with several major artists, "Papa Smoke" has perfected the art of musical performance and engaging an audience.
