Tanner offers first and last annual Tanny Awards, Kristen shares about Second Home and Carol talks about Memorial Day crash

During this week's episode of Canby Vibe, the Canby Herald staff held the first and last annual "Tanny Awards." That is, Sports Reporter Tanner Russ is in between seasons and decided to take a look back and dole out some awards to Canby teams and athletes.

With Editor John Baker present, but feeling under the weather, Assistant Editor Kristen Wohlers shakily attempted to take the reigns as the Sultan of Segue. She also shared about a new program that has come to Canby called Second Home, which connects Canby students in homeless situations with families to provide room and board.

Reporter Carol Rosen provided the run-down of a Memorial Day crash that involved alcohol, and the team took to discussing the issue of drinking and driving.

As always, tangents were taken and strange paths were trod.
