The commission is considering a Tofte Farms 16-lot subdivision at Dec. 9 Public Hearing

Canby's Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, Dec. 9 at 7 p.m. at the City Council Chambers to consider a 16-lot subdivision on the South side of SE 13th Avenue, located east of South Ivy Street, west of South Redwood Street and North of SE 15th Avenue.

The applicant wants approval to subdivide about a 4.06-acre parcel into 16 single family residential tax lots with associated public infrastructure. This is the final phase of the Tofte Farms subdivision master plan.

The commission will decide to approve or not after the public hearing. Their decision is final unless the applicant appeals it to the City Council.

Written and oral comments for the public hearing can be submitted up to the time of the hearing and can be delivered in person during that hearing. The documents and the staff report are available from the city's Planning Department starting on Wednesday, Nov. 27.
