Canby Herald staffers reflect on 2019 stories and share hopes for Canby in 2020

After a break for the holidays, as well as sickness and vacation, the Canby Herald staff rang in the arrival of 2020 with the return of the Canby Vibe podcast.

Editor John Baker was joined by reporter Carol Rosen, assistant editor Kristen Wohlers and sports editor Derek Wiley in a far-ranging discussion about what went on in 2019 and what they are hoping will happen in 2020.

All four staff members talked about some of their favorite stories from 2019 and why. From community help of those less fortunate to shining light on Canby's LGBTQ situation, the staff offered their thoughts on how and why the stories mattered.

They then looked into their respective crystal balls to offer some thoughts on what they hope 2020 will bring to the Canby area.
