June 23

3 p.m., a person trespassing at a business was arrested on multiple outstanding Oregon and Idaho warrants. SE 1st Avenue.

4:37 p.m., response to a report of harassment.

5:48 p.m., response to a report of a disturbance. S. Locust Street

7:45 p.m., response to a report of a suspicious vehicle. One of the vehicle's occupants was arrested on a felony parole violation warrant, and a second person was arrested for identity theft, possession of methamphetamine and heroin, and theft. Hwy 99E.

June 24

11:59 a.m., non-injury traffic crash. NE 4th Avenue.

1 p.m., an unknown person scratched an expletive into the paint of a parked vehicle. S. Knott Street.

5:23 p.m., three-vehicle traffic crash. One driver was cited for unlawful lane change. SE 1st Avenue.

6:24 p.m., report of fraud after a victim provided computer access to a person posing as Amazon technical support.

9:33 p.m., an uninsured vehicle being driven by a suspended driver, was stopped. The vehicle was towed and the driver was cited. Hwy. 99E.

9:57 p.m., an uninsured vehicle was stopped, and the suspended driver was arrested for possession and distribution of methamphetamine, and for felon in possession of a restricted weapon. NE 4th Avenue.

June 25

4:54 p.m., report of a wallet being stolen from an unzipped purse or shopping cart. SE 1st Avenue.

11:31 p.m., driver arrested for DUII – alcohol and reckless driving. Hwy. 99E.

4:09 p.m., a CAT passenger was trespassed from using the bus service, after refusing to deboard following a verbal altercation. NW 1st Avenue.

7:57 p.m., report of a pedestrian being bitten by a loose dog. S. Elm Street.

9:08 p.m., response to a two-vehicle traffic crash. One driver was cited for illegal backing. SE 1st Avenue.

9:15 p.m., driver arrested for DUII – controlled substance. S. Arndt Road.

June 27

9:27 a.m., report of an unknown person deflating the tire of vehicle parked near a park entrance. NE Spitz Road.

9:32 a.m., report of a person throwing stolen fruit in the parking lot of a grocery store. The suspect was trespassed from the property. SW 1st Avenue.

8:08 p.m., an uninsured vehicle being driven by a suspended driver was stopped. Heroin and prohibited controlled substances were seized from the vehicle prior to impound. N. Redwood Street.

9 p.m., report of damage to a coin box in an apartment complex laundry room. N. Cedar Street.

June 28

9:38 a.m., a driver was cited in lieu of arrest and released, on an outstanding Multnomah County warrant. Hwy 99E.

12:36 p.m., theft of yard tools from the front porch of a residence. SE 10th Avenue.

5:47 p.m., report of a person threatening a delivery driver. SE 5th Avenue.

5:54 p.m., response to a report of an argument between neighbors. SE 10th Place.

10 p.m., response to a report of a person refusing to leave a grocery store. Because the person had previously been trespassed from the location, he was cited. NE 2nd Avenue.

June 29

12:01 a.m., report of a juvenile shoplifting beer from a convenience store. SE 1st Avenue.

6:41 a.m., theft of parts off a school vehicle. SE Township Road.

2 p.m., report of hit-and-run damage to a parked vehicle. S. Sequoia Pkwy.

3:20 p.m., response to a non-injury traffic crash. NE 4th Avenue.

7:05 p.m., following a traffic stop, the driver was cited in lieu of arrest for shoplifting and possession of methamphetamine. The passenger was also cited in lieu of arrest on a Marion County misdemeanor warrant. NE 13th Place.

June 30

12:49 p.m., following a traffic stop, a driver was arrested on an outstanding federal warrant. The uninsured vehicle was impounded. SE 1st Avenue.

July 1

7:10 a.m., subject arrested for violation of a no contact order. SE 14th Avenue.

Response to a report of a domestic disturbance.

July 3

12:06 a.m., driver arrested for DUII – alcohol. SE 1st Avenue.

3:50 p.m., report of a theft of tires from a tire shop. The suspect, who was identified and located, stated he was in a hurry and thought he had paid for them. SW 1st Avenue.

10 p.m., an uninsured vehicle with a forged temporary trip permit was stopped. The driver was cited and the vehicle was impounded. An officer provided the driver with a courtesy ride home. SE 1st Avenue.

10:24 p.m., response to report of people fighting over fireworks. One person was cited and released for harassment and disorderly conduct. N. Cedar Street.

July 4

2:05 p.m., response to a report of a transient consuming alcohol in the parking lot of a coffee shop. The man was trespassed from the location, and warned not to return. Officers seized a credit card from the man's possession, as it did not belong to him, and located and returned the credit card to its owner. SW 1st Avenue.

9:30 p.m., an uninsured vehicle being driven by a suspended driver was stopped. The driver was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of forged identification cards. S. Meridian Road.

10:18 p.m., report of a person throwing things at parked cars. SE 5th Avenue.

11:18 p.m., driver arrested for DUII – alcohol. S. Knights Bridge Road.

July 5

Noon, report of hit-and-run damage to a parked vehicle. SE 1st Avenue.

1:57 p.m., response to a report that a vehicle had crashed into a parked car and left the scene. When officers arrived, the driver had returned. The at-fault, suspended driver, was cited. SW 1st Avenue.

6:30 p.m., response to a fatality traffic crash.

6:32 p.m., report of a driver hitting and damaging a parked vehicle. The suspended driver was cited. SE 2nd Avenue.

8:54 p.m., response to a report of an unknown person throwing rocks behind a house and causing damage to a parked vehicle. SE 1st Avenue.

July 6

2:30 a.m., driver arrested for DUII – controlled substance. Hwy 99E.

6:50 a.m., report of an unlocked vehicle being stolen from a residence. SE 15th Avenue.

3:54 p.m., report of criminal mischief after a vehicle, parked in a residential driveway, was found damaged.
