Canby could not have been much more dominant in its Three Rivers League dual against Lakeridge.

Wrestling at home Thursday under the spotlight, the Cougars won seven matches by pinfall, including five in the first period to defeat the Pacers 75-6.

At 195 pounds, Canby senior Brent Patterson pinned Spencer Luenius in 42 seconds.

Ethan Ensrud (113), Nick Marquez (120), Asher Chaffee (126), Zach Netter (132), Dominic Netter (138) and Kaden Boyd (170) all recorded pins.

Canby senior K'den McMullin (145), returning from a knee injury suffered during football season, defeated Cole Brink 11-7.

The Pacers forfeited five weight classes.
