Cougar boys deliver at district meet
The regular track and field season for the Canby Cougars is in the books, now the qualifiers look to Hayward Field and the state championships.
The Cougars will be well-represented at the state meet after putting together solid performances at the district meet May 11 and 13 at Oregon City High School. In the team race, the girls scored 46 points to finish eighth, while the men scored 156 points, good enough for sixth in the team race.
The state meet will take place May 20-21 in Eugene.
