Herald staffers talk railroad quiet zones, Share the Love and the significance of being counted in the 2020 census

Once again, the Canby Herald staff gathered behind the mic to talk about some interesting issues that are going on in and around Canby. Staff members Carol Rosen, Derek Wiley and Kristen Wohlers joined editor John Baker for a look at some of the things going on.

In this week's episode, the Herald staff discussed a few tidbits from the previous night's council meeting, as well as some other aspects of city government that they found interesting. Also on the docket was a look at a speech from the city administrator that had some interesting tidbits within it, as well as a Share the Love update from Wohlers.

Additionally, the staff talked about the significance of the coming census that's gearing up for 2020. Staff talked about the importance participating and how the census numbers affect federal funding on a number of levels.
