A woman was injured and cited for DUII following a dirt bike crash east of Prineville Saturday evening.

According to a Crook County Sheriff's Office report, the crash happened around 7 p.m. 1.5 miles up Forest Service Road 2610 from Highway 26. Responding deputies determined that 29-year-old Danielle Dillon of West Branch, Michigan was operating a 50 CC dirt bike. The inexperienced rider lost control and crashed on the gravel road at approximately 25 mph. She was not wearing a helmet.

At the time of the crash, Dillon was riding with friends and family and was assisted to a vehicle and transported into Prineville.
