Powell Butte Christian Church hosts the 72nd annual fundraiser Saturday, benefitting missions, scholarships and maintenance

The annual event drew a large crowd to Powell Butte Saturday, Nov. 3. The tradition featured races, a bazaar, an auction, pies, a barbecue and fellowship.

 - Luke Walker won a whole coconut cream pie for placing first in the 10K race. He ran the distance in 41:16. The races drew 74 entrants, and each participant earned a piece of pie.
