Local Boy Scouts invite public to campout to spread the word that Scouts are still Scouts

Local Boy Scout Troop 28 hosted a Scout-O-Rama this past weekend at the Barnes Butte Recreational Area. The two-day event featured scouting troops from all over Central Oregon.
