Crooked River Miniature Train will be open at the Crook County Fairgrounds during month of December

Christmas in the Pines "Remember When You Believed?" Central Oregon's Lighted Wonderland at the Crook County Fairgrounds will be open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday through Christmas from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Every Saturday there will be a live Nativity, and Santa & Mrs. Claus will be there from 6 to 8 p.m. Entry to the event is through nonperishable food items for both humans and pets. Cash donations are accepted and appreciated. For more information, call 541-460-1239.

The 2019 Grimes Christmas Scene will be open through Dec. 24. Operating days and hours will vary. Check out their Facebook page under Grimes Christmas Scene with dates and hours posted.

St. Charles Hospice Auction will host this week's Prineville Perk from 8 to 8:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 6, at St. Charles Prineville, 384 SE Combs Flat Road. For more information on Prineville Perk, call the Chamber of Commerce at 541-447-6304.

They have partnered with Christmas in the Pines and ask that you stop in and check out all the amazing improvements they have made this year and meet their wonderful volunteers! It is a free event; you can park at the Grimes Christmas Scene, and it's just a few steps away.
