McKenzie Jonas wins IMC Player of the Year to lead a group of honored Cowgirls.

PMG FILE PHOTO - Crook County junior middle blocker McKenzie Jonas was named Intermountain Conference Player of the Year.The league champion Ridgeview Ravens and second-place Crook County Cowgirls dominated the Intermountain Conference volleyball all-league team.

The Ravens placed six players on the all-league team, while Crook County put five players on the all-league squad.

Crook County junior middle blocker McKenzie Jonas was named player of the year, while sophomore libero Jaycee Villastrigo, senior setter Jenny McKinnon and senior outside hitter Josie Kasberger were also selected to the all-league first team. Senior outside hitter Kendall Maykut was named to the second team for the Cowgirls.

Meanwhile, the Ravens placed outside hitters Jenna Albrecht and Madie Vaughn on the first team, setter Rachel Lester on the second team, while libero Kylee Rost, setter Hayden Hamilton and hitter Paige Capitani received honorable mention recognition.

The final first team player was Redmond hitter Asper Bradley.

PMG FILE PHOTO - Crook County outside hitter Josie Kasberger was one of five Cowgirls to receive All-IMC honors this year.Jonas finished the year with 133 kills, 30 blocks, 43 digs and 29 aces. Villastrigo had 230 digs on the year, while going 131 for 137 from the service line with 15 aces. McKinnon amassed 448 assists and added 27 aces and 101 digs. Meanwhile, Kasberger finished the year with 132 kills and 27 aces, while Maykut had 120 kills and 21 aces.

Redmond head coach Kate Karcher was named league coach of the year.
