For the fourth year, the Lake Oswego Foundation for the Arts, in partnership with the city of Lake Oswego, offers Lake Oswegans the opportunity to vote for a piece in the Gallery Without Walls rotating collection for the city to purchase. Ballots are available in today's newspaper on page A10, at city hall and online at

Meeting Family, by Ray Huston, located in front of Key Bank.

Orca, by Travis Pond, located in Foothills Park.
