OCPD: Suspects use credit cards from car stolen in hospital parking lot to commit fraud

On Nov. 28, the Oregon City Police Department began seeking the public's assistance in locating a vehicle that was stolen Nov. 23 from the parking structure of Providence Willamette Falls Hospital, 1500 Division St.

Police do not know if there were one or multiple suspects involved in the vehicle theft.

But police say that a few hours later, a man and a woman used stolen credit cards from inside the stolen vehicle at several locations in Portland. Surveillance photographs caught the unidentified male and female suspects using the credit cards fraudulently.

OCPD is looking for a thin, white man around 20-30 years old who was wearing black jeans, a black Nike T-shirt, and black and gray jacket. The suspect is associated with a thin white woman around 20 years old who was wearing black pants and a black jacket.
