Help advise the Clackamas County's Arts Alliance
Clackamas County commissioners seek to fill seven vacancies on the Clackamas County Arts Alliance Advisory Council, each of which carries a three-year term.
The council's goal is to keep arts and culture central to life in Clackamas County by supporting and promoting access to all aspects of it in each community, and by developing programs to meet needs countywide. Board applicants residing in rural communities are particularly invited to apply, although all qualified applicants will be considered.
Council members work with Arts Alliance staff and its board of directors to collaborate on programs and services. Applicants should have a strong interest and history of participation in art and cultural activities and be actively engaged with their own communities.
The council meets quarterly on the second Thursday of March, June, September and December. More information can be found at ClackamasArtsAlliance.org. The deadline for applications is June 13.
