OCHS had 20 entries across a range of categories, including freshman and senior novices and experienced performers. The troupe earned eight superior ratings, 26 excellent ratings, and 18 good ratings. Three performances took first place, five took second place and eight took third place.

Ellie Lundgreen and Alissa Damewood scored in the top 10 percent. Both will advance to the final competition in Salem.

"This is an outstanding showing for Troupe 1907, and we are currently raising funds to go to the state conference in April," Berry said. To donate, contact him at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
