Clackamas Community College to host free conversation from 3-5 p.m. Thursday, March 14

Clackamas Community College library has partnered with Oregon Humanities to host a free conversation, "Beyond Fake News: How We Find Accurate Information About the World," from 3-5 p.m. Thursday, March 14.

McElroyLed by Kelly McElroy, an outreach librarian at Oregon State University, the conversation seeks to help demystify how people can find the information for work, school and play.

Oregon Humanities connects Oregonians to ideas that change lives and transform communities. Through programs like the Conversation Project, Oregon Humanities offers free programs in an effort to engage community members in thoughtful, challenging conversations about ideas that influence daily lives and the state's future.

"Beyond Fake News" will take place in the Community Center on the Oregon City campus, 19600 Molalla Ave. It is free and open to the public.
