The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office is seeking information from the public after deputies discovered the busted-up device in the "middle of the road" near the county line bordering Portland.

Police sent out news of the discovery on Southeast 62nd Avenue south of Clatsop Street around 10 a.m. on Monday, June 3.
