Seams of Dreams supports Bloomin' Boutique efforts to help foster, underprivileged kids

Seams of Dreams, a new local clothing business, is launching with a Fashion & Vendor Show this Friday and Saturday at the Oregon City Golf Club.

Oregon City resident Carolyn Herberger, owner of Seams of Dreams, envisions this free event for the entire family providing something for everyone. She has combined vintage and modern designs for a "Fun & Fancy" children's fashion show starting at noon on Saturday, Oct. 12.

"We have over 20 local small businesses, crafters and artisans displaying beautiful artwork, handcrafted gifts, as well as providing fresh baked goods, coffee and locally grown fall produce and pumpkins for you to buy," Herberger said.

Seams of Dreams supports Bloomin' Boutique, an Oregon City-based nonprofit that helps foster and underprivileged children in need. Donation barrels will urge event attendees to make a difference in a child's life.
