DHS: Missing Oregon City family at risk
An infant and his mother are missing from Oregon City and believed to be at risk, authorities said Thursday.
April Moore and her partner, Aaron Elkins, went missing from Oregon City after the birth of their son, Isaiah, on July 25, according to the Oregon Department of Human Services.
DHS said April and Isaiah are thought to be in danger in the Multnomah or Clackamas county areas, though they also may be traveling in other parts of Oregon or out of state.
Elkins, who turns 45 on Aug. 4, has a lengthy criminal record that includes convictions of burglary, criminal trespass and contempt of court.
Anyone who sees them should call 911 or the Oregon Child Abuse Hotline at 855-503-7233.
