Oct. 30 cruise through a 'not-so-spooky' route featuring displays, costumes and performances

COURTESY PHOTO - North Clackamas Parks is organizing a cruise through a 'not-so-spooky Halloween experience' featuring displays, costumes and performances.North Clackamas Parks & Recreation District is organizing a drive-through Halloween event for all ages from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 30, in the Aquatic Park parking lot, 7300 S.E. Harmony Road, Milwaukie.

To help keep people healthy during this pandemic, NCPRD officials say Boo Bash participants will drive a designated route to enjoy this event from the safety of their cars.

Attendees will get a trick-or-treat goodie bag before cruising through a "not-so-spooky Halloween experience" featuring displays, costumes and performances. Car decorations are encouraged "for some added fun," the NCPRD said.

Preregistration at ncprd.com/event/boo-bash is required to attend. Registration is currently open only for NCPRD residents, and it opens at 9 a.m. on Oct. 21 for non-residents. This event is free for NCPRD residents and $5 for non-residents. Proceeds benefit the NCPRD scholarship program.
