Oct. 30 cruise through a 'not-so-spooky' route featuring displays, costumes and performances

COURTESY PHOTO - North Clackamas Parks is organizing a cruise through a 'not-so-spooky Halloween experience' featuring displays, costumes and performances.North Clackamas Parks & Recreation District is organizing a drive-through Halloween event for all ages from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 30, in the Aquatic Park parking lot, 7300 S.E. Harmony Road, Milwaukie.

To help keep people healthy during this pandemic, NCPRD officials say Boo Bash participants will drive a designated route to enjoy this event from the safety of their cars.

Attendees will get a trick-or-treat goodie bag before cruising through a "not-so-spooky Halloween experience" featuring displays, costumes and performances. Car decorations are encouraged "for some added fun," the NCPRD said.

Preregistration at is required to attend. Registration is currently open only for NCPRD residents, and it opens at 9 a.m. on Oct. 21 for non-residents. This event is free for NCPRD residents and $5 for non-residents. Proceeds benefit the NCPRD scholarship program.
