Storm resource centers open throughout Clackamas County
Though the ice has melted, many remain households without power due to the ice storm that began Feb. 12. To help, Clackamas County has established storm resource centers.
At the centers, those who are still without power can find blankets, water, flashlights, lanterns, batteries, snacks, hand warmers and outlets for recharging devices (bring your own charging cords).
The centers are set up in the following locations:
Clackamas County Fairgrounds
694 N.E. Fourth Ave., Canby, OR 97013
Open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 17 to Friday, Feb. 19
Hope City Church
5197 S.E. King Road, Milwaukie, OR 97222
Open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 17 and Thursday, Feb. 18
Molalla Church of the Nazarene
920 Shirley St., Molalla, OR 97038
Open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18 and Friday, Feb. 19
Oregon City High School
19761 S. Beavercreek Road, Oregon City, OR 97045 — main entrance in common area
Open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday-Saturday, Feb. 18-20
Clackamas County also has a help line available at 503-655-8224 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Call if you or your neighbors need help. If it's a life-threatening emergency, call 9-1-1.
