Stayton's Jayden Esparza scored two goals and had one assist to lead the visiting Eagles to a 5-0 non-conference road win over the Gladiators in the season opener for both teams.

Pablo Aceves, Nolan Cramer, and Israel Ramirez had the other goals for the Eagles, who jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the first half.
