The Kingsmen rolled up 424 yards total offense and capitalized on three Milwaukie turnovers Friday at Alder Creek Middle School

Putnam quarterback Marcellas Kenion completed 10 of 16 passes for 238 yards with two touchdowns and one interception,, leading the Kingsmen to a 43-14 win in the 5A Special District 1 East opener for both teams.

The Kingsmen scored on their first four possessions of the game, highlighted by an 82-yard touchdown pass from Kenion to Sam Sholty.

Putnam's Jadden Hall rushed for two touchdowns, while Sebastian Callaway, Justin Hagar, and Garrett Sholty added one TD each. Steve Sanchez also kicked a 37-yard field goal for the Kingsmen (1-1, 1-0 SD-1 East).

Milwaukie's Korbyn Amundson scored two touchdowns for the Mustangs, one on an 11-yard pass from quarterback Nick Cooper and the other on a 71-yard run.
