Crater's Nate Bittle stole the show, breaking loose for 41 points with 14 rebounds and three blocked shots as the Comets pulled away in the second half for a 71-54 victory.

Kruger Edwards added 10 points and six assists, sending the Comets (4-1) in Friday's second round against Jefferson, an 82-54 winner over Battle Ground.

Ben Gregg led Clackamas with 19 points, five rebounds, and four steals, and Damon Erickson had 15 points for Cavaliers (2-2), who face Battle Ground at noon Friday.
