Jason Michael Timmons, 25, turned himself in on Monday, Aug. 13, after a warrant was issued.

He is charged with three counts of third-degree rape, two counts of second-degree sexual abuse and luring a minor. The charges stem from sexual contact with minors in 2016 and 2017 that was reported last November.

Investigators uncovered evidence of two victims said there may be more who have not yet come forward.
