Scholarship Pie Auction
The Springwater Grange will host its annual Scholarship Pie Auction on Friday, Feb. 22, at 24591 S. Springwater Road. The potluck dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m., and the auction will begin at 7:15 p.m. All are welcome at the event, and proceeds will go to students. Open House and

Corned beef and Cabbage Feed
Eagle Creek Presbyterian Church will host a corned beef and cabbage feed from 4-7 p.m. Friday, March 8, at 29455 S.E. Burnett Road. Cost is $8 for adults and $3 for children. Proceeds will go toward community outreach for local senior citizens.
Beginning vinyasa and hatha yoga classes are held at 2:30 p.m. Mondays and 7 p.m. Tuesdays at the Viola Community Club, 22364 S. Redland Road. Classes are suited for all skill levels. The cost is $5 per class.

Chinese Tea and Talk
From 1-3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, the library will host an afternoon with PDX TEA Founder David Galli on decoding Pu'er tea and the ever-changing premium tea market in China. The program, designed for adults, required pre-registration and is capped at 20 participants.
Beginning Ukulele Workshop
From 6:30-6 p.m. Wednesday, March 6, Brian Fergus of Woodstock Ukulele Studio will teach beginners how to play the instrument and even learn a few songs. The event is designed for 20 students ages 18 and older, and registration is required. Those who have a ukulele should bring it, but ukuleles will be provided for those who do not have them.
Batik Egg Decorating
Daniela Mahoney will teach Hungarian Batik egg decorating from 6:30-8:00 Wednesday, April 10. Eggs and materials will be provided.
Storytime and Playgroup
Scheduled from 10:30 a.m. to noon on Fridays, this playgroup features stories, songs, crafts and a healthy snack. The focus is on structured play and kindergarten readiness. Siblings are welcome.
Music and Movement Storytime with Ms. Deborah
Scheduled from 11-11:45 a.m. Tuesdays, this storytime uses music and movement to help children develop early literacy skills.

This storytime event is scheduled from 11 a.m. to noon on Wednesdays.
An Alcoholics Anonymous group meets from 7-8 p.m. every Thursday at the Estacada First Baptist Church, 29101 S.E. Eagle Creek Road. The Grief Share group is there for people who have lost a close friend or loved one, helping to turn mourning into acceptance and to remind them of the joy that remains in life. Weekday Lunches and Games
Lunch is served in the center's dining room for all ages at noon on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, with a full salad bar on Tuesdays and Fridays. Donations are suggested for seniors; lunch is $4 for those under age 60. Chicken foot dominoes follows Monday and Thursday lunches. Bingo follows lunch on Tuesday and Friday. Dinner, Music and Dancing
The center hosts an evening of dinner, music and dancing from 5-8 p.m. on the first and third Saturdays of the month, with live music from the Classic Country Connections Band. The cost is $8 per person, and the event is a fundraiser for the center's Meals on Wheels program.
