Musicians come together for final summer concert
A variety of artists took the stage at Wade Creek Park during the final summer concert of the year.
The event on Wednesday, Aug. 28, began with Eryn Morgan, 14, and Alaina Fidanzo, 14, each playing several songs. Next, classic rock group O Brother
performed. The band consists of Bob Ferrante, Michael Howard, Steve Guilliam, Thor Johnson, Al Callahan and Rob Gaskill, who were joined by Christina Estes during their performance last week.
The concert was initially scheduled for Wednesday, Aug.
21, with Cherish Nunnally, but was rescheduled because of rain.
Along with live music, concert attendees enjoyed food from the Estacada High School Booster Club and a visit from local firefighters.
This was the inaugural year of Estacada's summer concert series, and previous performances included the Red Hots and O Brother.
