Rain boots available at no cost for those who qualify through Clackamas County's Make a Splash program

The Early Learning Hub of Clackamas County's "Make a Splash" program will run through Friday, Oct. 25. The program provides free rain boots to Clackamas County residents ages 6 or younger who qualify for income assistance programs such as Oregon Trail card, OHP/CHIP, Section 8, WIC - eWIC card, free or reduced school lunch, TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families), Head Start or children in foster care.
