New flower shop opens its doors in downtown Estacada
One of Estacada's newest businesses celebrated its grand opening this weekend.
Blush & Roses Flower Shop hosted an opening ceremony, with a ribbon cutting from the Estacada Chamber of Commerce, on Saturday, Nov. 9.
Emalee Long, a 2019 graduate of Estacada High School, purchased the shop at 355 S. Broadway St. from Bloom Flower Shop owner Sara Lake.
On Saturday, attendees enjoyed beverages and cupcakes from the Mason Jar as they browsed the shop's wares.
During the ribbon cutting, Estacada Mayor Sean Drinkwine noted that the opening of Blush & Roses Flower Shop had special significance.
"When kids who grew up here build a business, that's a moment we love," he said.
