Chamber cuts ribbon at restaurant
A longtime Estacada eatery celebrated the start of the next phase of its existence.
Harmony, previously known as Harmony Baking Company, had its grand opening and a ribbon cutting by the Estacada Chamber of Commerce on Saturday, Jan. 4.
Longtime owner Linda Lawrence and chef Sandy Walker retired at the end of last year, and Lawrence's niece, Jenny Beaudoin, and Beaudoin's husband, Corey, purchased the Estacada mainstay at 221 S.W. Wade St.
During the ribbon cutting, Chamber of Commerce President Michele Jones acknowledged the role that Harmony has played in the Estacada community and thanked Beaudoin for continuing the tradition.
Harmony will be open from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily. For more information, visit harmonybaked.com.
