An Estacada High School tradition returned this year after being canceled in 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

On Thursday, June 10, the 120 members of Estacada High's Class of 2021 embarked on the annual grad walk. As the graduating seniors walked past Clackamas River Elementary School, River Mill Elementary School and Estacada Middle School, they received congratulations from former teachers and younger students.

The event typically occurs in the hallways of each school, but this year seniors walked outside and connected with peers and community members on the sidewalk as an additional COVID-19 safety precaution.
