Estacada's Dana Glasser scored 34 points on her way to the 130-pound title at last weekend's North Region girls wrestling championships.

She pinned all four of her opponents with her first two bouts ending in the first period. Her championship opponent, Makalia Takahashi out of Forest Grove, lasted the longest before being flattened with 40 seconds left in the second period.

Teammate Faith Grainger won her first two bouts at 110 pounds — one by a 13-0 major decision, followed by a 17-0 technical fall in the quarterfinals. She went on to finish fourth and qualified for the state tournament.

Mara Eakin picked up pins in her first two bouts at 155 pounds, while Reagan Schleich won by fall in her opening bout at 130 pounds.

The Rangers finished 10th in the team tally with 70.5 points.
