Projections: Mt. Hood Conference, Estacada High to reach football playoffs
As the Oregon high school football state playoffs kickoff next week, several teams from the 6A Mt. Hood Conference and 4A Tri-Valley Conference are set to make some noise.
While each class has a different method of filling out automatic bids from leagues and the amount of at-large bids, Pamplin Media attempted to decipher the standings and provide a projection of who's in and who's out using current standings and the OSAA rankings.
The football playoffs are scheduled to begin Friday, Nov. 5, across all classifications.
Here's how the local picture would shake out if the season ended today:

In these projections, Barlow and Sunset seeds were switched to avoid a Bruins v Clackamas matchup in the first round.
