Now, make fitness your priority. Schedule your visits to The Gym like any other important appointment. Then keep the appointment!
Keep your goals small and specific. We often make great big goals that don't allow for a misstep or the flu. Think of your fitness journey as a marathon, not a sprint. "I will lose one pound this week!" not "I will lose 5 pounds this week!"
Track your progress. Research shows that recording your progress boosts your resolve to keep your fitness goals.
