Thank you to all who supported The Gym through this tough time. With an overly abundant caring heart and bicep, we have a few new rules to follow once here.

1. Distance. 6 feet is the standard to help slow the spread. Because we care so much about your safety and health we took the 6 foot distance and doubled it creating 12 foot squares of distance throughout The Gym. We call them super social squares. 1 person per square. We can only fit 34 squares in The Gym, meaning the cap per workout time is 34. However, we feel even though we can fit 34 people with their super square, we will only permit 25 at a time. Just to be super safe.

2. Sweat to Rep Ratio. To calculate how sanitary your station should be, simply take the total number of sets you are doing for that given exercise and divide it by reps you are working with that day. Take that number and round it up to the nearest whole integer. That is how many times you should be wiping down your station with Lobacten disinfectant and wiping off your machine killing virtually all germs.

3. Masks. Masks are not required, however, if you forget to bring yours please try to keep your lips from opening. Opening may allow germs to enter. Keep in mind that most pathogens are microscopic. Therefore, the tighter the lips, the better.

We can't wait to get back to calorie burns bigger than the stimulus package and more muscle pumps than an overstocked bathroom cabinet full of toilet paper.

Stay strong TG family.
