This spring, carry through and get the fitness you want. Here are some quotes to help inspire you and keep you going when the going gets tough!

"No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everybody on the couch." We all have to start somewhere. At the beginning of any positive change there will be challenges and you may feel like your workout isn't having any effect. Just know this…it is!

"The only bad workout is the one that didn't happen." If you are working out, it's working. If you are sitting at Starbucks drinking a venti something with whipped cream, it isn't.

"Excuses are useless, results are priceless." Just imagine how you will feel when those pants you can't fasten now are too loose or when you can run upstairs without taking a breather or when you look good in that spandex! You won't feel that way if you think that it's too cold to go to The Gym or you're too tired. Nope. Think results.
