Hillsboro Farmers Markets are Back
With fuel prices so high you need someplace to go that is close, enjoyable, inexpensive and benefits members of the community. Check off all those things at the Hillsboro's Farmers markets this Summer. It supports our local farmers and artisans, you will see someone you know and the food is fabulous.
The Tuesday Night Market in Hillsboro is back and better than ever! The market will occupy Main Street from 1st to 3rd and 2nd Street from Washington to Lincoln. It is open every Tuesday night, rain or shine, from 5 — 8:30 p.m. until August 30th. Featuring a classic car show, shopping and dining at vendors and restaurants downtown and events and music played on the Courthouse lawn.
The Downtown Hillsboro Saturday Farmers Market celebrates its 40th year this Summer. From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. until October 29 at 150 East Main Street you can celebrate Hillsboro's local farmers and artisans. Most Saturdays there are performances on the courthouse lawn.
The Orenco Station Market is every Sunday from 10 a.m. — 2 p.m. through October 30 at 6125 NE Cornell Road. The Sunday market has some of the same and some different vendors as the Saturday Market. It is a nice way to spend a Sunday and get your produce for the rest of the week.
We are fortunate to have access to fresh fruit and vegetables so close and Scottties supports our local producers. We are here for your car care needs.
