For the next three months most Americans will engage in an eat fest, thanks to the spacing of three favorite holidays. One ends and the next is only a month away.

Halloween is the start of the holiday eating season. It begins with cute little pieces of candy that are so easy to eat, and they're little, hardly any calories. Right.

Thanksgiving, which is all about food, follows Halloween with high calorie comfort foods that we genuinely love and bring back all those childhood memories, a dangerous combination. Did you know that ½ cup of green bean casserole has 115 calories? Who eats just a ½ cup?

Christmas, how we love it. Eggnog with bourbon, pie ala mode and cookies, cookies, cookies.

You see where this is headed? Your waistline, backside and chin. This year let's do something different.

It's as easy as visiting The Gym. Nate and his staff will get you set up with a program to remove the jiggle and muffin top. Building those muscles will increase the calorie burn so you can overindulge just a little.

Get ahead by slimming down now and you will like it so much that you will be able to resist Grandma's butter cookies. If nothing else, you can escape all those temptations in the kitchen by heading to The Gym for your workout.

No more New Year resolutions to lose weight because you have taken care of it ahead of time. Aren't you smart?
